1. What is the timeline for each web design package?
  • Our One Page Website is ready within 24 hours. 
  • Three Pages Website is up and running within three business days
  • Five Pages Website is completed within five business days.

 

Full payment and full content are required before we could start working on your website.

2. What is included in all of the website packages?

Our packages include a user-friendly template, three professional webpages, complimentary images, a contact form, Google Map integration, WhatsApp Chat button, social media buttons, and Email support from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

3. Do your packages include Hosting and Domain services?

Yes, all our web design packages include Hosting and Domain services. We aim to provide a comprehensive solution for your web design needs.

4. How do I provide my content for the website?

Once you’ve chosen a package, simply email your company profile, text, photos, and contact details to web@webvaganza.com

5. How many revisions are allowed for each package, and what is the cost for additional revisions?

Depending on each package, the number of revisions are vary.

  1. One Page Package – 1 revision allowed
  2. Three Pages Package – 3 revisions allowed
  3. Five Pages Package – 5 revisions allowed

If additional revisions are required, we charge RM50 per page/update.

6. Who will manage the content of my website?

Don’t worry, we’ve got this! We manage all website content to ensure security and consistent quality. You can simply forward any updates or changes to us, and we’ll handle them for you.

7. Will I be provided with backend login details for my website?

To maintain the security and integrity of your website, we do not provide backend login details. This approach helps to prevent accidental changes that might affect your site’s performance or appearance.

8. How do I update my website's content if I don't have backend access?

Easy peasy! Remember, each of our packages includes free revisions. If you want to update your content, you just need to forward the new text, photos, or other details to us. We’ll make sure your website is updated within 2 business days.

If you need more changes, they can be made at an additional charge of RM50 per page. Just send us the details, and we’ll get your website looking exactly how you want it.

9. If I don't have backend access, how can I be sure my website is secure?

Rest assured, your website’s security is our top priority. We manage all backend operations, including updates and security checks, to ensure that your website is always safe and secure.

10. Can I request changes to the website design after it's complete?

Absolutely! Remember, each of our packages includes free revisions.

If you need more changes, they can be made at an additional charge of RM50 per page. Just send us the details, and we’ll get your website looking exactly how you want it.

11. What kind of support is available with these web design packages?

We’re here to assist you with Email Support from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

12. What if I want other design from your template?

Can! Please contact us and share us your design for custom pricing.

13. What if I need more pages than what are available in your package?

Can! Please contact us and share us your sitemap for custom pricing.

14. What if I want to migrate my website to another hosting?

Can! Send your request to web@webvaganza.com and we can help you with the migration.

There will be a one-time fee of RM150 for the migration.
